ICRA 2008 offers sponsorship opportunities and exhibit space for interested corporations. Any company interested in sponsoring will receive the items listed below as a part of their sponsorship package. If you are interested in being a sponsor please contact the exhibits chair and fill out the exhibit and sponsorship form.

Please Note: Orders for Electrical services, Audio Visual equipment and Phone Lines must be submitted to the numbers on the forms as these services are being provided in-house.


Exhibiting at ICRA 2008

If you are interested in exhibiting at ICRA 2008, please download the exhibits form and submit it according to the instructions on the form. We welcome corporate exhibitors (exhibit booths, with tables, drapers and banner) as well as student displays (table only).

If you have submitted your form and have not heard back, please contact the exhibits chair for confirmation.


Setup and tear down information for exhibitors at ICRA 2008

If you need to have materials shipped out for your exhibit and stored locally, please make sure you have indicated this on the form you filled out to register your booth.

If you would like goods delivered to you at the conference, please note that such deliveries will be admitted only on Tuesday May 20, 2008 between 0900-1700 at the Pavilion loading dock of the Pasadena Convention Center.

The decorator will be setting up the booths on Monday May 19, 2008. As an exhibitor you will be able to move in and arrange your materials in your booth starting at 0900 on Tuesday May 20, 2008 which is when the exhibition formally begins.

The exhibition formally ends at 1340 on Friday May 23, 2008. Exhbitors will be required to empty their booths between 1340 and 1600. It is very important to empty the booth by 1600 since the decorator will physically dismantle the booths between 1600-1800 on Friday May 23, 2008.

Please note that the exhibits will be closed during the plenary sessions (11:00 am - 12 noon on May 21, 22, and 23).
